Workout of the Day


WOD

As many rounds as possible in 20 min of:
200m sprint
8 turkish getups @ #53

My Rounds: 6 rnds

2 min rest

3 rounds max reps of dead hang pullups

What I did:
rnd 1: 21
rnd 2: 12
rnd 3: 9

Turkish getups on the 1st workout where freakin brutal! Somethin to work on.  I find that I dont push as hard when I do the WOD's by myself. 
SUFFER TODAY AND BE A CHAMPION TOMORROW!
