Workout of the Day


WOD

As many rounds as possible in 20 min of:
200m sprint
8 turkish getups @ #53

My Rounds: 6 rnds

2 min rest

3 rounds max reps of dead hang pullups

What I did:
rnd 1: 21
rnd 2: 12
rnd 3: 9

Turkish getups on the 1st workout where freakin brutal! Somethin to work on.  I find that I dont push as hard when I do the WOD's by myself.

Comin' Back!


August 6th is the day that I finally get to come back and compete again! I cant help but get excited when I think about how long I have waited for this day to come and get back out there on the road with my boy's and start winnin some money again.  Since the end of April, I have slipped to 17th in the Pro Rodeo Rookie stanndings and 23th in the Texas Pro Rodeo Circuit Standings.  Im ready to come roaring back in with my first rodeo back in Athens, TX on Friday the 6th of August.  Good things are gonna happen!
